Morning! Hannah spent the night so she and Tyler slept in Tyler's bed. Will and I played while they slept a little longer. Schools were closed and we had an ice storm forecasted but we woke up to wet drizzles. Now we have an even more dire forecast for tomorrow and schools are closed again. I would love to keep power and keep my family safe.
I want to keep a record of things like this. Right now, this child can entertain himself for hours on end. He can look at books, play with toys or just use his imagination. I plan around 45 minutes of the day and he fills in the rest himself. No tv, no electronics at all. Just him. I adore him.
Meanwhile, Will needed a nap. Bad.
These cars are one of the best investments we have ever made. That doctor's bag is his "suitcase" and he carries it everywhere. Each time we leave he packs it and then promptly unpacks it when we arrive home to put them all back with his collection. He chooses different toys every time.
Finally, peace.
I didn't give Tyler any melatonin tonight to see how he would do. And now I know. And he will take it tomorrow night. This is us playing Sneaky Snacky Squirrel at 11 pm. He spanked me this time because I spun the sad squirrel 3 times in a row. He was thrilled.
